How long we keep information
Pixeltree keeps personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or where a longer period is required by law, contract or legitimate business need.
Temporary working files, including analytics exports, screenshots, research materials and data extracts, are stored in approved company storage locations and deleted within 90 days unless a shorter client-specific period applies.
HR, finance and operational records are retained only for appropriate business, legal and audit purposes. HR and finance records are generally retained for six years, while internal project documentation is normally retained for two years unless a longer period is required.
Pixeltree avoids storing client data on local devices wherever possible. Where temporary local storage is unavoidable, files are moved promptly to approved company storage and local copies are deleted after transfer. Devices are protected using encryption, access controls and appropriate security settings.
When data reaches the end of its retention period, or when a subject requests deletion, Pixeltree deletes it securely from relevant systems, removes access to platforms, and records deletion or access-removal confirmations where required.
